Credit Score of 600 or more.
No evictions
Credit report that shows responsible financial situation. ie. no current collections, a history of on-time payments
A dependable legal source of income whether it's W-2, 1099, Tax Return showing a net profit a business owner or even alimony or retirement sources equal to or above two times the rent per month.
A postive referral from prior landlords.
